Ingredients
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1⁄2 c powdered sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 3⁄4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided in half
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1⁄4 c vegetable oil
- tin foil
- powdered sugar, for dusting
Steps

Mix the first five ingredients plus 1⁄2 cup of mini chocolate chips. Place mixture in a storage bag and place in the refrigerator.

Cut strips of tin foil about 2 inches wide and roll into tubes. Use the handle of a rounded wooden spoon to help roll tubes.

Using fingers or a rubber brush, coat wontons one at a time with a thin layer of oil and wrap around a tube of foil. Place finger inside tube to help press the wonton to seal at the corners.

Place wontons seam side down into air fryer, pre-heated to high. Wontons will cook quickly in just 3-6 minutes, so check every two minutes and turn halfway through. Wontons are ready when they reach a golden brown color.

Remove and let cook a few minutes. Carefully pull tin foil out.

Cut the corner of the storage bag with the cannoli filling and fill each cannoli, squeezing filling into each side of the cannoli shells.

Dip each filled end into the remaining 1⁄2 cup of chocolate chips (optional) , dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
