Ingredients:

  •  Sliced Pepperoni
  • Ground Mild Italian Sausage
  • 8oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 C Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 C Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C Shredded Parmesan
  • Pizza sauce or marinara (RAO)
  • Bag of Pita Chips
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1tsp Garlic powder
  • Fresh Basil
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Aluminum Tin Pan

Directions:

  1. Pre heat one zone of your Blackstone to Medium High.
  2. When you’re Blackstone is ready add 1/2 lb of Ground Mild Italian Sausage to your preheated zone and cook fully. Be sure to toss occasionally making sure to cook thoroughly.
  3. While your sausage is cooking Chop up a preferred amount of pepperoni slices, and in a mixing bowl add your chopped pepperoni, 8oz package of softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, a pinch of shredded parmesan, 1-2 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of Italian seasonings, a dash of crushed red pepper, a pinch of salt and coarse black pepper and mix thoroughly and add to a round aluminum pan. Spread out evenly and place next to your sausage that’s cooking to heat up.
  4. While your waiting on your sausage you can with chop or tear up your fresh basil leaves in to pieces for a garnish at the end.
  5. Your sausage should be done at this point and you can add a thin layer of sausage over cheese mix, on top of that add a layer of mozzarella, cheddar cheese and a healthy layer of marinara or pizza sauce. Top that with more mozzarella, a little more cheddar and a bit of parmesan. On top of all that add a topping of pepperonis and your fresh basil.
  6. Under a dome or large aluminum tin spray some water and cover to melt all the cheeses. This should take about 4- 5 minutes.
  7. When your cheese is all melted and starting to bubble remove from griddle top. To serve I place the tray on a large cutting board or tray, surround with pitta chips and post dust your dip and pita chips with the Blackstone Parmesan Ranch Seasoning and serve.
