- 4 Pieces of Bacon
- 4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- 4 Hamburger Buns

Special Sauce
- 1/4 Cup of Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup of Mustard
- 1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon of Dill Relish
Steps
-
The trick to making burger magic is having a screaming hot surface to get the perfect sear and crust on your beef. Pre-heat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high before cooking to get the best crust!
-
Cook 4 pieces of bacon. Once finished remove from the griddle on drain on a paper towel.
-
On a separate plate, form 8-10 oz. of ground beef into two thin patties. On the first patty, place a slice of cheddar cheese broken up and a slice of bacon split up. Get the second thinly formed patty and seal the two patties. Salt and pepper both sides.
-
Remove most of the bacon fat, and cook burger for 3-4 minutes. Flip the patty, add water, and cover with a basting dome. Cook to desired doneness.
-
Toast buns. Chop up the lettuce and the tomato slices on your cutting board.
-
Flip the buns and remove from the griddle. To plate, add special sauce, lettuce, burger, tomato slices, and more sauce. Best served while still hot.
