- 1 Lb. of Ground Lamb
- 1 Teaspoon of Dried Mint
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Dried Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Large Tortilla Shells
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1/4 Cup of Red Onion, sliced thin
- 1 Cup of Feta Cheese, crumbled
- Tzatziki Sauce or Sour Cream
Steps

Turn Blackstone on medium heat and add the ground lamb.

Using the Blackstone scraper or spatula, chop up the ground meat and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the meat starts to brown up a bit.

Push the ground meat to one side of the griddle and drain some, not all, of the fat scraping the excess fat liquid off. Lamb tends to have a higher fat content than beef, so be careful of the splatter.

Add the dry seasonings and mix together well.Â

Lightly toast the tortillas on the Blackstone Griddle and serve with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and tzatziki or sour cream.
